Divorce with Dignity
Empathy and dignity in every divorce journey.
Our Approach
Collaborative Divorce provides an option that focuses not only on your divorce, but how you want your future to look. If you want your rights represented, but also want your family to heal, a Collaborative Divorce may be the best option for you.
In the Collaborative process, you and your spouse agree not to fight in court. Instead, you will be guided through your divorce by a team of professionals, each specially trained to help you decide property, custody, parenting time and other issues in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
Collaborative attorneys will work together, with you, to help you make the best decisions for your family and your individual future goals.
Because divorce challenges you to make important decisions during an emotional time, each spouse has a divorce coach to help them determine their priorities.
Your team can include a licensed financial specialist, who can assist you by providing neutral financial services, such as organizing your finances into a usable form, prioritizing your financial needs, creating a realistic budget, working on your short and long-range financial plans, and educating you about your financial options.
Your team can also include a neutral child specialist—a licensed mental health professional who listens to your parenting priorities and helps you formulate a parenting time plan that is in the best interests of your children and you– the parents.
In a Collaborative Divorce, your personal information remains confidential; Your needs, and those of your children are considered; Financial decisions are made by you, rather than by a Judge. Most importantly, your resources are spent on solutions that move you and your family toward healing.

Learn About Collaborative Divorce
Collaborative divorce is a voluntary and cooperative process where couples, with the help of their attorneys and additional professionals if needed, work together to reach a settlement outside of court.
